Day 3
Learn the Khmer language and support teachers
Morning: Support teachers and engage with learners at a local school.
Afternoon: Say “Choum Reap Sur” (hello!) learning basic Khmer language phrases.
Evening: Explore the Siem Reap dining scene enjoying dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 4
Contribute to projects and visit Angkor Wat
Morning: Learn about an innovative NGO-school fusion project.
Afternoon: Go on a guided tour and watch the sunset over Angkor Wat.
Evening: Enjoy dinner at a local eatery and soak in the cultural ambience.

Engage with teachers and explore botanical gardens

Afternoon: Stroll through the lush Angkor Botanical Gardens to enjoy the local flora.
Evening: Enjoy dinner with the group at the hotel, sharing a meal and telling stories.

Morning: Return to the school to continue your project work.
Afternoon: Stroll along the river to explore crafts and cuisine.
Evening: Experience the Pub Street nightlife, explore bars and enjoy live music.

Enjoy a day of reflection, yoga and free time

Growing up in rural Cambodia, Theary experienced the challenges faced within vulnerable communities firsthand. This inspired her passion for education where she began teaching English and supporting local projects. Today, she is dedicated to making a difference by leading groups from across the world, sharing her unique insights and offering an authentic and impactful glimpse into life in Siem Reap.
